Buffs Galore & Set 16 Returns

17.7 is a buff-heavy patch: Ezreal, Talon, Zoe, Diana, Urgot, Master Yi, Graves and Zed all gain power, Anima Squad's top breakpoint drops 6 → 5 for easier access, and Replicator and Rogue go up. Shen picks up the Timebreaker origin and Vex picks up Stargazer — both with new skins — while Timebreaker itself is trimmed to compensate. Four Augments are buffed with Birthday Reunion the lone nerf. Set 16 returns as Choncc's Lore & Legends.

Buffs across the roster

Ezreal, Talon, Zoe, Diana, Urgot, Master Yi, Graves and Zed all gain power. Master Yi's mana drops 30/70 → 20/60 (same first cast, faster afterwards) and Graves' upgrade costs all fall to 1 gold.

Anima Squad now caps at 5

Anima Squad's breakpoints go 3/6 → 3/5, making the payoff far easier to reach. Its max-breakpoint rewards are trimmed to compensate — most cashouts lose 3-5 gold.

Shen and Vex get new traits & skins

Shen picks up the Timebreaker origin and Vex picks up Stargazer, both with updated skins. Timebreaker's Attack Speed is cut 15% → 12% to account for Shen joining, and Vex's active damage drops 140/210 → 130/195 AP.

Four Augments up, one down

Bonk!, Heart of the Swarm, Stellar Combo and Termeepnal Velocity are all buffed. Birthday Reunion is the patch's only nerf, dropping from 3 gold to 1.

Set 16 returns: Choncc's Lore & Legends

Choncc's Treasure returns on Set 16 — the set that brought Runeterra to life with Unlockables — as a limited mode. Separately, from July 22 the game ends support for 2GB/3GB mobile devices.
